Can I pay with a Debit/Credit Card without having a PayPal account?

Yes! All of our payments go through PayPal for security reasons, but you do not have to have a PayPal account and can choose to simply pay by credit card without signing up for anything. Just continue with the check-out until you get to the following screen: Check-Out-Credit-Card

What are my payment options?

Most of our payments go through PayPal for security reasons. You can choose to pay with your PayPal account or via debit/credit card (and no, you do not have to log-in to PayPal to do this). We also accept checks or money orders, but sending those will delay the shipment of your order. For more information, contact us any time!

I’m having issues at Checkout. What can I do?

We are very sorry that you are experiencing issues. If possible, please try a different browser (Google Chrome should work best) or even a different device. If all else fails, you can always email us with your order and we will add it to the system manually and send you an invoice.

Do you ship outside the US?

Absolutely. We want to provide rabbits everywhere with the fun toys and other products we meticulously selected. If your country isn’t an option at check-out, please contact us and we will determine the shipping costs for your country based on the products you are interested in.

What are the Shipping Costs?

For US customers, we have a flat shipping and handling fee of $7.99.

For international customers we added a shipping calculator to the shop that automatically determines the exact shipping costs from NC to your home. We added $1 per order to cover the cost of boxes, tape, and paypal fees. If the shipping ends up being less that what you pay, we will refund the difference. We ship pretty much anywhere, so if your country isn’t listed at check-out, please contact us for a shipping quote.

What is your Return Policy?

We describe every item as detailed as possible and give our honest and unfiltered feedback in the description. If you still want to return an item for any reason, no problem! We will refund the price of the unopened product, you cover the shipping both ways. You have 30 days after the initial purchase to contact us and request a refund/exchange.

Once my order is placed, how long does it take for you to ship it?

Most of the time, an order will go out the next business day. If you order early in the day, we might even ship it the same day! Most of our packages go out via USPS Priority Mail, which means your package should take approximately 2-3 business days to arrive at your door. If you live on the other end of the country, we may choose standard shipping instead, which can take 5-7 business days.

While we try our very best to get all items out the day after the order was placed, sometimes it may take an extra day every now and then, so please order early enough if your order is time sensitive. If you are outside the US, shipping times can be 7-14 business days or up to 6 weeks to Australia. We ship from Concord, NC.

What if an item I purchased arrived broken?

Sometimes things break, despite our best efforts to package everything well. If that happens to you, please contact us with a picture of the broken item within 5 days of receiving your package and we’ll get it sorted out. If available, you will receive a replacement. Otherwise we will refund the money for the item.

Do you have an Affiliate/Rewards Program?

We currently have an affiliate program that helps rabbit rescues and shelters raise money for their causes. This program is for registered non-profits only and you can apply for it here.

Repeat customers may find an additional toy or snack here and there, but we do not have an actual rewards program at this point.

Why does the “Additional Information” not match up with the Sizes in the Description?

The Additional Information tab is used by the shipping calculator and reflects the approximate dimensions and weight of the product plus its packaging. The dimensions and weight in the general description reflect the item itself.

Do you manufacture any of the Products?

No, we do not. At this point, we are strictly distributors and receive most of our items from Europe. Hopefully, we can add our own line of products to the shop in the future, though.

What kind of packaging do you use to ship products?

Most of the time, we use corrugated cardboard boxes or padded envelopes as well as lightweight paper and bubble wrap purchased from various sources. However, we will re-use boxes and packaging materials sent to us to keep costs down and avoid wasting material.
